  1. All sales are absolutely final. No returns. No refunds. No exchanges.
  2. All special orders are final. No cancellations allowed. No refunds or exchanges.
  3. No exchanges or cancellations on layaway merchandise.
  4. We charge for shipping, sales tax, alterations, dying shoes or purses, and all leather repairs.
  5. No merchandise will be picked up with a check.
  6. Orosdi Beck is not responsible for any conditions beyond our control. All balances and alterations are payable in cash only.
  7. We will not be responsible for sizing of garments according to manufacturer's size charts on mail or phone orders.
  8. Extra size (16 and above) and extra length (extra length necessary for 5'8" or above) will be assessed an extra charge.
  9. All alterations are at customer's expense and by appointment only. Garment must be paid in full before alterations can begin. Alteration charges must be paid when fitting takes place. Please bring all undergarments, shoes, and accessories you plan to wear with the garment to your fitting. When possible, please allow 4 weeks for alterations on Bridal Gowns.
  10. Orosdi Beck assumes no responsibility for the condition of the merchandise once it leaves the store under any circumstance. Please check all merchandise before leaving.
  11. Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 service fee.
  12. If a wedding or special occasion is cancelled or postponed, customer remains responsible for payment in full.
  13. Layaway duration is one month, unless time is extended by management in writing.
